You can make a return within 30 days after the delivery date of your purchase for a refund. Please follow the return guidelines to ensure a seamless and timely process.

Full Return Policy (U.S.)
- New and unworn merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Returns must be dropped off and scanned by shipping carrier within 30 days after the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in original condition; untagged items must be returned with original packaging.
- Returns by mail are subject to a $8.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Any original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (including prepaid credit cards).
- Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
- Products marked "Final Sale" are excluded from this return policy and cannot be returned.
- Combined returns are prohibited.
- Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
Return Process & Refunds
- Once you start and complete your return online ("Start a Return" button on this page, and log in using the email you used to make the purchase), you can select the eligible order and print the Return Label. Returns must be dropped off and scanned by shipping carrier within 30 days after the delivery date.
- Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
- It may take up to 3-5 business days to process your return once received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted by your bank.
- Where returns are processed for store credit, a TWOR gift card will be issued once your return order is received, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
- If the shipment does not contain the correct product in new condition, we reserve the right to void the credit or, if the credit has been used, charge your original payment method for the used credit.
Exchanges
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend you request a return for the item you'd like to return and place a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
Returns Outside the U.S.
- An additional return shipping fee applies to all returned international orders (outside the U.S.), with one fee per order, which will be generated based on the current shipping rates from that country.
- Any duties and taxes paid separately are nonrefundable. For the UK and Europe, duties and taxes are included in the price paid and are thus refundable.
Terms & Conditions
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at the discretion of TWOR, including determining whether an item is new and unworn, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers.
Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. Our practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
