Cancellations
If you wish to cancel any unshipped item (excluding e-Gift Cards), please contact us at help@tworofficial.com . If your order has not yet begun processing or shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

Pre-orders / Made-to-order
When purchasing a made-to-order or pre-order item, you are reserving a piece that is crafted or arriving soon, but not yet in our studio inventory. These items are created especially for you and will ship once production is complete.
